ACSI shows declining numbers for personal care/cleaning products.

According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), 2015 was a year characterized by lower customer satisfaction across the board, with few exceptions—and don’t count personal care or cleaning products in the latter category.     Of the 43 industries tracked by ACSI, only 5 improved, 30 declined and the rest had no change.
